‘Leader as Coach’ Certificate – the Learner Journey:

1 hr x Mentor Coaching – individually  (virtually)

2 days x Workshop – in a group  (virtually or in person)

1 hr x Mentor Coaching – individually (virtually)

Who is it for:

Groups of managers and leaders who want to develop themselves and their people, and have a wider positive impact in their organisation

Groups of 12 to 18 people on each programme

Learner Outcomes:

Coach and develop others in a way that has a profound effect beyond the individual.

Give and receive constructive feedback and offer effective developmental 1:1s.

Actively listen to others and not provide them with your answers.

Identify the connection between how you ‘show up’ and the results you get.

Work with the interconnections and relationships across and beyond the organisation.

PLUS Going through this short programme each participant experiences a deep shift in their self-awareness, of their impact on others, and the range of actions they can take from their place in the system. In short – the participant changes as well as the people they coach.
