Systemic Coaching is a way to coach by
including the complexity around an individual. That’s what sets our training apart – you become skilled at noticing things, at bringing things into your client’s awareness, helping them see hidden connections and dynamics. It goes deeper than traditional coach training. And it’s really really interesting.
Systemic Coaching is a way to coach by including the complexity around an individual.
‘Self as Instrument’ is at the heart of our philosophy of coach development.
As the coach, we are the experience – however many tools and techniques we have, who we are and how we show up is the main thing.
We take multiple ways of knowing seriously, not just the cognitive, we also pay attention to the non-verbal and bringing alive what is perhaps out of people’s awareness through a variety of creative processes.
This programme is designed for people who are new to coaching, as well for people who are coaching informally, and also for existing coaches who want to get a formal training and certification.
We believe strongly that having diversity of people and experience in a group adds depth and texture to the learning experience.
Our Diploma in
Systemic Coaching Will Give You:
The Confidence
and Skill to
Coach and develop others in a way that has a profound effect beyond the individual.
Identify and enable strategic conversations that will have the greatest impact.
Give and receive constructive feedback and offer effective developmental 1:1s.
The Listening and
Inquiry Skills to
Work with the interconnections and relationships across and beyond the organisation.
Understand other people’s realities and perspectives
Actively listen to others and not provide them with your answers.
The Insight to
Identify the connection between how you ‘show up’ and the results you get.
Understand how wellbeing is affected by our work and the other way round.
Recognise when things are systemic – rather than taking things personally.
