This 125 hour ICF accredited Advanced Programme is designed for anyone who needs to influence across a complex system that is facing constant change and uncertainty, or for anyone coaching someone in such an environment. In addition to developing more advanced systemic coaching skills, the course deepens self-awareness, communication skills, strategic and challenging conversations, change leadership and personal impact. It includes a residential workshop.
Up Your Game in Supporting People Through Challenges, Messiness, Ambiguity, and Uncertainty of the World.
You will learn lots about yourself and deepen your capacity to notice what’s going on for you, become more skilled at working in an embodied way and accessing different ‘ways of knowing’.
You’ll get immediate feedback about how people are experiencing you, and find out what’s going on for them in your presence and through your interventions.
Systemic practice aims to shift the system through
experimentation and disrupting patterns of behaviour in
order to bring about meaningful and important change.
This could be a gentle rock that raises awareness or a more
powerful rock that shifts old habits and generates fresh energy
and excitement.
Even a small intervention in a system can ‘rock’
it in some way and create a ripple effect that
results in unexpected change.
